Voting is our constitutional right. The electoral roll is a list of all eligible citizens who are entitled to cast their votes in an election. The electoral rolls are prepared Assembly Constituency wise. An electoral roll for any Assembly Constituency is subdivided into parts corresponding with the polling booths. The Election Commission of India has decided to generally have a maximum of 1200 electors per booth. The polling booths are so set up that no voter should ordinarily travel more than 2 km to reach the polling booth.

- The PDF will be displayed on your screen.
- Select the following-

- Enter the captcha code.
- Click on the “Ok” button
- Click at the “Mother E-Roll” option to open the Odisha Voter List with a photo.
- Now Click on download to download the list.
- Take a print out if required.

Procedure to Locate Polling Station on Google Map
- To search the polling station location, you need to go to the official website of the CEO Odisha firstly
- On the home page of the site go to the “for voter” section and select “polling station location on google map” option
- A new page will appear where you have to choose your state, district, AC and polling station
- Select search option and location will appear on the screen in google map.
Procedure to File A Complaint or Submit Suggestion
- To file a complaint, you need to go to the official website of the CEO Odisha firstly
- On the home page of the site go to the “for voter” section and select “suggestion & complaint” option
- A new web page will appear on the screen where you need to select “sign up” option
- Enter your mobile number, the email id and captcha code
- Hit register option and login with the site
- Fill the application form and submit it
Procedure to Track Complaint Status
- To track your complaint status, you need to go to the official website of the CEO Odisha firstly
- On the home page of the site go to the “for voter” section and select “suggestion & complaint” option
- A new web page will appear on the screen where you need to select “Track Your Complain” option
- Enter complain id or reference no and hit on show status option
- Information about complain will appear on the screen
